During closed session all 5 board members met with Peter Grenell to hire a law firm to replace Aaronson, Dickerson, Cohn & Lanzone.

Nothing was reported out of closed session.

Perviously, three law firms were interviewed by Harbor Commissioners during the May 21, 2014 closed session meeting held in South San Francisco:
